This policy follows the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Notify us in writing (email is fine) with your order number, then return the item within 14 days of that notice. Simply refusing delivery is not enough notice.

Not covered by withdrawal: custom-made items, sealed hygiene/health products once opened, perishable goods, digital downloads once access has started, and a few other legal exceptions — noted on the relevant product page.

Condition of Goods

You may inspect items as in a shop, but if they're used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

You pay the cost of returning goods, unless we've said otherwise or failed to inform you of this beforehand.

Refunds

We refund the full price, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've sent it), using your original payment method. No fees.

Statutory Defect Liability (separate from the above)

Faulty or misdescribed goods are covered for up to 2 years — repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation, free of charge. Report defects as soon as you notice them.
